# Staking Pools Duration

Redemption offers multiple staking periods. Here are they.  

* <mark style="color:green;">**Short Term Staking Period**</mark> (1 Month)&#x20;
* <mark style="color:green;">**Medium Term Staking Period**</mark> (3 Months and 6 Months)&#x20;
* <mark style="color:green;">**Long Term Staking Period**</mark> (1 Year, 2 years, and 3 Years)

*<mark style="color:green;">**Note:**</mark>* The Longer You Stake, the Higher APR you get. Not only it increases the number of staked tokens but also <mark style="color:green;">**increases your Voting**</mark> & <mark style="color:green;">**Governance rights**</mark> proportionately.&#x20;
